To impact community issues of moral decay such as gangs, graffiti, property deterioration; provide safety and security by addressing crime in our neighborhoods and the surrounding business community; to encourage the academic success and character development of our teens; provide safety and a foundation of moral values and productive activities for our children.

To address practical needs by providing clothing, food employment assistance, medical care and shelter through networking with other new and established community programs.
